For a café, the website and ordering flow are closely connected. Visitors need to understand the business and move into an order without losing their bearings. Our Simple Coffee Co project brought those parts of the experience together through a four-page website rebuild.

The online ordering experience was redesigned to feel like part of the website. Google Reviews integration added a way for visitors to see customer feedback. The project also included SEO and mobile optimization, addressing how the website is presented and used on smaller screens.

Those elements were considered as parts of the same customer journey: discovering the business, exploring the site, and finding the appropriate next step.

The work extended into Square menu cleanup and owner training. An ordering website depends on useful, current information after launch, so managing the menu is part of the operational picture. Training was included in the project scope to support the owner’s use of those tools.

Before choosing a design, identify where the menu is maintained, how ordering is handled, and which information changes regularly. Think through seasonal offerings, the mobile ordering path, and who will keep content current. The right approach depends on your existing platform and the responsibilities you want to manage yourself.
