About these terms

These terms describe use of the Built by Design Studio LLC website. For questions, contact info@builtbydesignworks.com or 717 622 1033. Our studio is based in Stevens, Pennsylvania.

Website information and quotes

Website pricing describes starting points or service rates. An inquiry, sample request, plan selection, or uploaded model does not place an order, start a subscription, authorize printing, or create a paid project.

We confirm scope, deliverables, included revisions, timing, price, payment arrangements, and any third-party costs in a separate written quote or agreement before beginning paid work. That agreement governs the services purchased.

Samples and portfolio

Design samples labeled as concepts are illustrations of possible styles, not completed client projects or ready-to-purchase websites. We discuss the scope and any cost of a requested sample before creating it.

Portfolio images show work presented by the studio. Client names, brands, artwork, and website content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Live client websites may change after delivery.

Materials you submit

Provide accurate contact details and submit only materials you own or have permission to use and share. By sending project materials, you allow us to review them and use them for responding to your request and carrying out work you approve. Submitting materials does not transfer their ownership to us.

Do not submit malicious files, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person’s rights. We may decline work or files we cannot appropriately handle.

Website care, SEO, and third parties

Monthly support and SEO tasks are prioritized within the time allowance of the chosen plan. Additional work, third-party subscriptions, and new software development are addressed in the agreed scope. Search rankings, traffic, and sales are not guaranteed.

External platforms and services have their own terms, fees, and availability. We confirm relevant dependencies before work begins.

360° tours and custom printing

Tour coverage, capture points, travel time, mileage, hosting arrangements, and deliverables are confirmed in the estimate. Driving time and mileage are separate, cumulative charges.

Print requests are reviewed for size, material, file suitability, color availability, and intended use before a quote. A model upload is not a confirmation that a part is suitable for a safety-critical application.

Acceptable website use

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, misuse forms, or copy materials without permission or another valid legal basis.
