The base tour includes arrival, setup and up to three capture points, such as the entry, main living area and kitchen.
Additional interior rooms may include bedrooms, bathrooms, a dining room, office, finished basement or garage. Outdoor spaces may include a deck, patio, pool area or outbuilding.
Each project receives a flat tour quote based on the agreed coverage. Driving time and mileage are separate, additional charges. Both are included in the estimate before booking.

How does the walkthrough work?
Visitors can look around each 360° viewpoint and select connected hotspots to move through the space. It gives people a sense of the layout, details, and connections between rooms before an in-person visit.
What do you use to create the tour?
We capture the space with our Insta360 X5 camera, then assemble the panoramic images into a connected, interactive tour using Kuula. We plan viewpoints around your property so the route feels easy to follow.
Can we share a link and embed it on our website?
Yes. We provide a direct tour URL and embed code. Share the link in emails, messages, social posts, or property listings that support tour links, and use the embed to display the walkthrough directly on your website. We can help with placement.
Are tiny houses a good fit?
Absolutely. A walkthrough helps people understand compact layouts, storage, and how each area connects. We also create tours for larger homes and other interior spaces.
Will visitors need to download an app?
No. The Kuula tour can be explored in a compatible web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone.
How should we prepare the property?
Tidy and stage every area you want shown, clear pathways, and remove personal items you do not want visible. We will discuss access, lighting, and the capture route before the appointment.
How are hosting and future changes handled?
We confirm tour hosting, access, and any ongoing costs in your project scope. If the space changes later, we can discuss a new capture or an update.
