Start with what you offer, who your customers are, and what you want to improve. An existing website, examples of your work, and a few customer questions are useful starting points. You do not need a finished technical brief to begin the conversation.

We identify the pages, features, content, review rounds, and responsibilities before work begins. The quote sets out pricing and relevant third-party costs. Timing depends on the work and on when content, access, and feedback will be available.

For remote projects, we agree on communication channels, meeting availability, and how feedback will be collected. On-site photography, video, tours, and physical production have separate location or fulfillment requirements.

We work through the text, images, brand assets, and practical information your website needs. You retain control of your business accounts. Where access is necessary, we discuss an appropriate invitation or secure handoff rather than putting passwords into a public form.

Review the design and working pages against the agreed scope. Consolidated feedback helps us resolve questions and keep decisions clear. If a new feature changes the scope, we discuss the effect on cost and timing before adding it.

Launch preparation covers the agreed pages, mobile layouts, links, forms, and search foundations. For a redesign, we also plan how important old URLs lead to the replacement pages. We confirm the launch steps and ownership details with you.

We explain the tools you will manage and identify any support you want after launch. Monthly website care is optional; it can include upkeep, content changes, and SEO work within the selected time allowance. Larger additions are scoped separately.

For a client outside Pennsylvania, the same project steps can be handled remotely. We confirm scheduling and any project-specific restrictions during planning.
